Site steward / owner
Controls infrastructure, final publication decisions, deployment, and repository-level editorial direction.
G Governance
The website can make editorial decisions about its own pages. It does not claim authority to speak for everyone who may use the Unprogrammable identity.
Current authority
The repository evidences an independent editorial project directed by the project owner, with research/editorial rules encoded in the project’s working memory and public methods pages. It does not currently evidence a named legal entity, a published board, a movement-wide mandate, or an adopted constitution.
That is a disclosure gap, not an invitation to invent an organization chart. A named operator and contact mechanism should be published before the project begins collecting sensitive research participation.
Decision boundaries
Controls infrastructure, final publication decisions, deployment, and repository-level editorial direction.
Reviews claims, source provenance, methods, limitations, and whether evidence supports publication. This role may currently be performed by the steward until staffing changes.
Applies conduct rules to managed discussions when such discussions exist. Disagreement with the framework is not itself a moderation violation.
May define their own identity and organize independently. Participation does not transfer authority over the site, and site ownership does not establish leadership of the wider movement.
Proposed charter status
Criticism of the project remains publishable and discussable.
Do not expose private contact details or erase contributor credit.
Conduct rules are distinct from ideological agreement.
Material moderation or editorial disputes should have an explainable review path as staffing permits.
Not adopted movement-wide. These are current site stewardship principles and a proposed community charter, not evidence of universal movement consensus.
